View all our jobs Department Overview The Business Consulting Division uses industry standard methodologies to provide project management and business consultant services to our customers to help drive business and technical project success. The area is responsible for the development, promotion, coordination and direction of project management services for the company. Other areas where the Business Consulting Division has impact include coordinating the use of Enterprise Content Management (Filenet) and Business Process Management (BPM) tools to achieve efficiency throughout the company, improving the vendor engagement processes including a vendor database and reporting on major enterprise and division level projects and initiatives. General Responsibilities Plans, organizes and coordinates the efforts of delivering continuous improvement services requested by Corporate Management in support of the corporate vision, mission, critical issues, tactics, goals and objectives. Support is offered to all divisions and departments of the company and includes interaction with associates at all levels. Associates in the Business Consulting Division are expected to utilize department accepted and standard project management methodology. The incumbent should support Project Consultants and the Business Consulting Division through the steps of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing business-improvement projects. It is critical the position stays knowledgeable of project management techniques and ongoing initiatives throughout the organization. The incumbent will assist in the project management process by providing documentation and requirements- gathering resources. Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree in business, engineering or related field 2. Minimum of three years experience as a business analyst, business consultant or proven experience in the support of enterprise level projects 3. Experience in a position interacting with all levels of staff internal and external 4. Experience in a position interpreting and communicating information orally and written 5. Experience in a position leading projects to improve workflow/productivity 6. Experience working with various Microsoft Office programs 7. Experience using project management techniques and tools 8.
