Moreover, another study was conducted that examined people for 10 years. Results show that there is a 44 percent reduce in risk of dying early in people who jog regularly compared to non-joggers.

The Star Wars Workout

Are you a dedicated fan of Star Wars? Do you want a workout that makes you feel like a Jedi? If yes, a guest post by Greg Wymer in Lisa Johnson Fitness has the perfect enjoyable workout for you.

One fan in the Big Apple has created an organization named New York Jedi. It is a workout class which uses light sabers with a mix of martial arts, fencing, and play acting. The fun part here is that you and your enemies are set in a stage that is likely similar to the intergalactic setting of Star Wars. If you still can?t get over with it, the workout class also encourages its participants to wear costumes as much as possible.

Moreover, if are really into the crescent moon poses and feel that you are the dual moons of Tattoine, Greg recommends you to use the Star Wars- inspired yoga mat bag. It is made of old cotton bed sheets and is a perfect equipment for yoga sessions.

To sweat it out more, Greg wants you to experience the home video game, Kinetic Star Wars. In this game, you will be the one to move in order to control the player. As you enjoy playing the game with your cool moves, you will sometimes not notice that you are already in huge sweat.

Cycling As a Life Long Adventure

In this review, I will feature a guest post from Greatist written by Victor Jimenez. Victor is a professional bicycle fitter and technical cycling consult which owns an organization which he named Bicycle Lab. Basically, his post talks about how cycling can be a fun and healthy hobby for your life.

Starting in the age of 12, Victor became addicted to cycling. Until now, he rides anywhere and joins competitions in the US and Europe. All in all, he still bikes whatever the event and situation is.

In his post, he presented reasons why cycling can be a very good hobby or sport. One reason he mentioned is because it is free for all ages. Cycling does not discriminates the age of a person. It is available in case you need or want it. Besides that, it is an exercise where you can do anywhere. No fees and no entrances involved.

Moreover, cycling is a great way to interact with other people. By riding with groups, you can meet a lot of people and build personal and business relationships with them. Most importantly, it is fun and freeing. This is a feeling that you will remember when you are still a kid. A feeling of excitement and thrill to to speed down a steep hill.
